Cancellations are subject to the fare type chosen and your options are listed below:

TGV and Intercités:

• Full-Flex: These tickets can be cancelled until the time of departure subject to a fee. The closer it is to departure, the higher the fee.
• Semi-Flex: These tickets can be cancelled until the time of departure subject to a fee. The closer it is to departure, the higher the fee.
• Eco: Unfortunately these tickets cannot be cancelled.

LGV Lyria France-Switzerland:

• Full-Flex: These tickets can be cancelled without fees before departure.
• Semi-Flex: These tickets are refundable before departure, subject to a 30€ fee.
• Non-Flex: Unfortunately these tickets cannot be cancelled.

TGV France-Italy:

• Full-Flex (Flexi): These tickets can be cancelled without fees before departure.
• Semi-Flex: Cancellations are possible before departure, for a 50% fee.
• Non-Flex (Mini): Unfortunately these tickets cannot be cancelled.

TGV France-Belgium and France-Luxembourg:

• Full-Flex: These tickets can be cancelled without fees up to 30 minutes after departure. Tickets can’t be cancelled if already changed between 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after departure.
• Semi-Flex: These tickets can be cancelled for a fee until the time of departure. The closer it is to departure, the higher the fee.
