The e-ticket is an online ticket sales system.
Customers can book and buy their tickets with easy online payment and they will receive the tickets instantly in their email.
An eticket is delivered as a PDF attachment to an email, which customers can open directly or forward to another passenger if booking on their behalf.
How to use an e-ticket
- Open the email with the PDF(s) attached that we sent you.
- Scan the QR code from your phone at the station's ticket gate, or show it to staff.
If you're travelling in a group with e-tickets, the lead passenger can forward the PDF attachments so that each of you can open your ticket on your own device.
