Ticket changes, cancellations and refunds

    Changes to the date, time, or itinerary are subject to the fare type chosen. 

    Your options are listed below: 

    TGV and Intercités (Domestic France):

    • Full-Flex: Changes possible up to 30 mins before departure. Time changes possible up to 30 mins after departure. No fees are applied.
    • Semi-Flex/Prems:  Changes: Up to 7 days before departure, free change allowed. From 6 days before departure: change with €19 fee and the price difference, if any, must be paid. 
      • IC-trains with compulsory seat reservation: 40% fee (maximum €15) as of 6 days before departure
    • Eco: Unfortunately, these tickets cannot be changed.

    TGV France-Italy:

    • Full-Flex (Flexi): Tickets can be changed without fees before departure.
    • Semi-Flex: Up to 7 days before departure, free change allowed. From 6 days before departure: change with €19 fee and the price difference, if any, must be paid. 
      • IC-trains with compulsory seat reservation: 40% fee (maximum €15) as of 6 days before departure
    • Non-Flex (Mini): These cannot be changed.

    TGV France-Belgium and France-Luxembourg:

    • Full-Flex: Changes possible up to 30 mins before departure. Time changes possible up to 30 mins after departure. No fees are applied.
    • Semi-Flex:  Up to 7 days before departure, free change allowed. From 6 days before departure: change with €19 fee and the price difference, if any, must be paid. 
      • IC-trains with compulsory seat reservation: 40% fee (maximum €15) as of 6 days before departure

    TGV Lyria France-Switzerland:

    • Full-Flex: These tickets are changeable without fees before departure. With this fare, you can access all the trains on the same day and to the same destination.
    • Semi-Flex: Up to 7 days before departure, free change allowed. From 6 days before departure: change with €15 fee and the price difference, if any, must be paid.
    • Non-Flex: Unfortunately, these tickets cannot be changed.
