Can I get compensation if my train was delayed?
SNCF offers compensation for delays of more than 30 minutes as part of the Travel Guarantee (Garantie Voyage) when the delay is attributable to SNCF.
All SNCF trains, including international routes, are subject to the 'Punctuality Guarantee.' Please visit the SNCF web for more information and to file a claim. You must enter your departure and arrival stations, travel dates, and train number (which will be displayed in your confirmation email or on your tickets, for example, TGV 5678).
