When you book for multiple passengers, we automatically assign seats as close together as possible. If you and your travel companions are separated or not seated according to your booking preferences, it is most likely due to a lack of seating availability.
Unfortunately, once your ticket has been purchased and the seat reservation has been made, we are unable to change the seat. If you didn't get your preferred seats, don’t worry. In our experience, most passengers are willing to switch seats if asked politely.
